The tools are provided as they are, without any warranty. We do not guarantee that a tool will produce a particular result, that a file it produces will be accepted by any form, organisation or authority, or that the site will be available at any given moment.

You are responsible for checking the output before you use it. Where a file matters — an application, an examination form, a legal document — open the downloaded file and confirm it is correct before submitting it.

Your files

Files you process stay on your own device and are never transmitted to us. You keep all rights in them, and we claim none. You are responsible for having the right to use any file you process, and for complying with the law where you are.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to:

• process material you have no legal right to use;
• produce a document intended to deceive or defraud anyone, including forged identity documents;
• attempt to disrupt the site or the people using it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site. That includes a missed deadline, a rejected application, or a file that was lost or damaged. These are free tools provided in good faith, and the responsibility for checking the result is yours.
