Why this exists

Almost everyone filling in an online form in India hits the same wall: the photograph is 2 MB and the form wants 50 KB, the signature is a photo of a whole sheet of paper, or the form wants one PDF and you have six photographs. The task is small, but the tools for it are usually worse than the problem — plastered with fake download buttons, or demanding an email address before they will give you your own file back.

Fyleit is 19 tools for exactly those moments. No account, no email, no watermark, no queue.

Your files never leave your device

This is the part that matters most, so it is worth being precise about. Every tool here runs inside your browser using its own built-in image and document engines. Your file is read from your device into the page’s memory, processed there, and handed back to you as a download.

It is never transmitted to us. There is no upload endpoint, no storage bucket and no processing queue — not as a policy we promise to keep, but as a fact about how the site is built. Load a tool, disconnect from the internet, and it still works.

That matters because of what people process here: passport photographs, signatures, thumb impressions, mark sheets, identity documents. Those should not be sitting on a stranger’s server.

What we will not do

• Quote official requirements we have not verified. Photograph and signature specifications change between exam cycles. Our guides show you where to find the current figure in your own notification instead of repeating a number that may be a year out of date.
• Promise exact file sizes. A browser cannot ask an image encoder for a precise byte count. Our compressors aim for at-or-under your target and tell you what they achieved. Anything claiming “exactly 50 KB” is padding the file.
• Put advertising where it can be mistaken for a tool. No ad on this site will ever look like a download button, sit between you and your result, or cover an upload control.
• Imply an official connection. Independent utility tool. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government organisation or recruitment body.

How it is paid for

The site is static files on cheap hosting, and the processing happens on your device rather than on a server we pay for — which is why it can stay free. If advertising is added later it will be clearly marked and kept out of the way of the tools, and the privacy policy will be updated first.

Corrections and suggestions

If a tool gets something wrong, or a guide is out of date, please let us know. Requests for new tools are welcome too — what gets built next is driven by what people actually search for.
