Reporting a problem with a tool

The more of this you can include, the faster it can be fixed:

Which tool, and the address of the page.
What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Your browser and device — for example “Chrome on Android” or “Safari on iPhone”.
The type and approximate size of the file, if it is relevant.

Please do not send us your files. We do not need them, and we do not want to hold your photographs or documents. A description of the problem is enough.

Corrections

If a guide is out of date or a statement is wrong, please say so and point at the official source where you can. Accuracy on the application guides matters more than anything else on this site.

Suggesting a tool

Tell us the problem rather than the solution — “my form wants a 100 KB PDF and mine is 4 MB” is more useful than a feature name. What gets built next is decided by what people are actually stuck on.

What we cannot help with

We are an independent site and have no connection to any examination board, recruitment body or government department. We cannot check your application status, tell you what your form requires, or intervene if an upload is rejected. See the disclaimer.
